I love Jacks. The boys/staff are welcoming, friendly, informative, helpful and sometimes very funny I always leave there with great wines and a smile on my face. Jacks is my No. 1 go to for wine, and snacks. Kim.
Man working there (didn't get his name) with long hair, gave us assistance when we were lost and had a flat phone. He helped us along our way and even gave us his car phone charger!
Wine prices are not very competitive and the manager/owners "specials" are deceptive as i bought a bottle of wine that had a price of $20 down from $55. There was no way its sold anywhere in retail for $55 because it wasn't even worth 20. Maybe as a single price at the cellar door at a stretch. They have a decent/interesting range however.
