We are on a bike trip from Jacksonville to Key West and needed some adjustments to our bikes in Key Largo. We found this place on Google Maps and met the coolest man named Eric, who runs Jack's. We recommend Jack's 100%! Don't be surprised if it looks like a U-Haul storage center - you're in the right place. Thank you, Eric!!!
Absolute gold. Reasonable prices, amazing owner, very helpful, gave really good advice on what to see and what to do after. Price : 20/bike Reached the shop: 2:30 PM Closing time: around 5 He accommodated us till 6 PM and stayed late just for us. When we returned, he gave us water bottles, and wished us well. Best hospitality than most cities. Oh shout out to the lady at u-haul who let us use the restroom and fill the water bottles.

Erik was super helpful (and quick) in resolving an issue with my bike's derailleur. I'm on vacation and didn't have time to leave it at a shop overnight. Erik made the adjustments on the spot! Super friendly and very fair pricing. Definitely recommend!
