Erik was super helpful (and quick) in resolving an issue with my bike's derailleur. I'm on vacation and didn't have time to leave it at a shop overnight. Erik made the adjustments on the spot! Super friendly and very fair pricing. Definitely recommend!
Great customer service. The front derailleur on my Giant Contend was misaligned after transporting it on my roof rack. As a walk in, Jack's quickly realigned it and got me back on the road. Highly recommended.
I rented a hybrid here for 4 days during my just ended visit. Erik was very helpful in setting me up with the correct frame size. The bike was properly tuned - brakes adjusted perfectly and the bike shifted cleanly. And a great value for the cost. Bike rental rates are very reasonable here. And Erik is just a great guy to work with. I highly recommend.
