Best pet store!
Jack's Aquarium and Pets is by far the best pet store chain out there! You can tell that it's owned by a down-to-earth company, because the stores seem so clean and the staff is very personable. Many other pet shops seem more interested in making a sale, than in finding the best home for each pet. I shop here frequently.

very rude manager with no compassion and sick rabbits
I will never buy another thing or pet from Jack pet store again. I bought the total of 3 rabbits from easton one. we got the first 1 and it died for no reason. then we got a second one. and she belonged to employees a good take care of her anymore. she's doing great. but then we got the third 1 that came from supplier from Jack pet store. then the back legs of the third rabbit when out. The i call the store i got the rabbits from and spoke to a manager. She was very rude and try to blame it on us. But yet the rabbit we got from the employee is just fine. Then when i toke the rabbit that was hurt to her. She was very ruff with him and put my son in tears again. Then we watched her after we left from the car. She was so uncareing to the rabbit needs. I will be contacting corp.office on Monday. I will never by a thing for any of my animals fro them again!

Jack's Aquarium Know's Their Fish!
Jack's Aquarium is a fantastic place to buy fish because the staff is very knowledgable in helping you make a selection. They are also well versed in pet health so if you have questions after you've made a purchase from them, they are helpful in person and over the phone. There return policy is better than average and you get the feeling that they care about the animals they have in the store. I would recommend buying from them. PROS: Caring Staff CONS:
