Our invoice has been due for a 136 days now and we have not been paid for our work. Whenever we reach out to their accounting, we are advised they are backed up on their receivables. As a carrier, we have done and completed our work but we received $0 from them. ALL CARRIERS AND CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM.
Impossible to make a single dollar as an owner operator. At the Start of the month you are in the hole by 3200$ towards insurance and trailer rental. The hiring person Charchit Bhatt, promised minimum 3000$ take home if I did 3 trips per week. This was also confirmed by the GM, Paul/Pavel. I have worked there from 8th April to May 22nd. We have been using Jackpot Logistics for our inbound U.S deliveries and storage since July 2022 and everything has been smooth up until this point. The rates were reasonable and transparent, and the service was timely. I want to say thank you to Paul at Jackpot Logistics for jumping through hoops for accommodating us last minute,,,.. holiday season and making things work!!!!
