When my father passed away, they could not find the will, did not communicate, provided incorrect information and were only interested in trying to sell me probate services. These issues were at the Monmouth office.
Absolutely terrible service… quick enough to ask for your money but the service provided is awful! So slow with all responses…. If he doesn’t chase they never get back to him! My partner is using these… still waiting to hear from them regarding court that happened last week! 😡
