Fabulous service! Fast and perfect! I asked for a puffy letter to be embroidered on a baseball cap for a boy and she copied the example from his last cap perfectly!! She did an amazing job and 1 year later, the hat is still in great condition--embroidery looks fabulous still. I like that you can drop things in her drop box and pick it up there too. :-) Very convenient!!
After providing a very specific time frame and deadline that was agreed upon by both parties, Jackie failed to meet this and has screwed up an install of mine out of town. Very poor business ethic and will never go to her again. VERY unimpressed!
We have been using Jackie's for several years now business to business. Being a gymnastics facility we have many leotards each year that need to be personalized with names, our business name and logo. Jackie and her team provides excellent workmanship and very timely. They are also able to do other personalized items such as bags of all types. We have also found Jackie's to be very reasonably priced and often order the items needed through them instead of our own manufactures.
I use Jackie's for all my embroidery needs and have been doing so for the past 4 years. Her stff is always very helpful and gets the job done beautifully and on time, even if I need it in a rush. Jackie's Embroidery is the best.
Interesting stuff, but a little expensive for my taste. Employees are very friendly. I was very pleased with my embroidery that I bought. Good quality. The store is kind of messy though and there is a dog running around in the store. Overall I think they would do more business if the store was cleaner and the dog was not there.
I find the selection in the store to be great! Lots if nice items to choose from. The owner-Jackie- does not have the warmest personality but, nonetheless gets the job done. I would rate it 5 star for products but 2 star for customer service/friendliness.
