1/20/2026; I was at STCU Post Falls drive-thru today around noon. It was extremely busy with one teller. She immediately acknowledged me saying she'd be with me as soon as possible. It was quite a wait as she assisted others. A lady (I believe from a car behind me) approached me on foot asking if I was okay as she hadn't seen me put anything in the carrier. Today, STCU Spokane Valley branch gave cash to a person NOT listed on my account. This is just unbelievable. The teller did not look carefully enough at the ID but still have the person cash via drive through. I went in person to see what happened, and they confirmed it! This bank is a joke. For those of you who want to scam people, try STCU Valley branch! Ironically, of course, I give them 5 starts rating, you figure for what.
