Its been said many times that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I may guide you, but you have to valuntarily do the activities. I can't make you close your eyes, relax or imagine; only you can do that. Jackie is fantastic! What an awesome experience! I have never been hypnotized before, and she did an outstanding job walking my best friend and I through the process. We went to Jackie to quit smoking- so far so good! It has been a week, and I feel great! After our sessions, my friend and I both felt so good.
