Following covid I developed long covid. 6 months later, with medication for symptoms from my GP and a recovery course from my Phyisio I had made improvements but was still unable to train properly due to continued chest pain and exhaustion following excercise. My heart and lungs were knackared. After another couple of months and no further recovery, I went to see Jackie. My wife was seeing her but I was very sceptical of the actual "needles" thing.
