Went to Jacki with depression and major anxiety. I was stuck in a vicious cycle. After a few powerful sessions I noticed a shift, my anxiety was non existent and the dark clouds had lifted. After breaking my wrist I developed chronic regional pain syndrome. My surgeon and physiotherapist advised me that while they could treat me physically, the intense nerve pain I experienced was exacerbated by emotional pain due to fear based thinking which was turn due to past trauma.
