Great service when we initially got our delivery options wrong.
Was dubious about making a purchase from here because of the mixed reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The item I wanted to purchase was much more expensive everywhere else and these were considerably cheaper so I placed my order on a Sunday and my order was delivered on the Wednesday! Overall a pleasant transaction but communication could be better as I didn't receive an email to confirm my order had been dispatched, only an email from the courier to say they had my order.
Slow shipping. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. Been a week and still waiting for my parcel. Unacceptable when Amazon and other companies can get it to you next day. Take your business anywhere else.

Received damaged radiator cover, sent emails of damage and yet NO response from this company, I certainly won't use them again or recommend them.
