I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but I arrived early at 5:00 AM and still had to wait until around 2:00 PM before getting unloaded. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the receiver/check-in person. When I politely asked about the delay, he became very aggressive, raised his voice, and spoke in a disrespectful manner. Great place unloading very fast
El peor lugar para descargar, llevo desde las 10:30 am en la puerta y es las 2:32 pm y aún no terminan de descargar, es lo peor, eviten este lugar si no están dispuestos a perder todo el día

As a owner, their products are spot on if you can get what you ordered in correctly in ,BUT WHAT HAPPENS THE WAREHOUSE ,MESSES A LOT OF STUFF UP SUPPOSEDLY AND THEY DO FIX IT ,BUT ITS TIME AND $$MONEY, SO AFTER THIS LAST REVIEW TODAY IS 6/18/25 ,THE COMPANY HAS CONTINUED TO GET WORSE ,AND EVERY SINCE THEY CHANGED MY SALES REP. IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL ,FROM DIEGO ,LITTLE JACK,NOT ANSWERING PHONE OR TEXTS ,TO HAVE TO ARGUE WITH THE OFFICE ABOUT PRODUCT MISSING ,SO AS A OWNERS ITS TIME TO MOVE ON
