I have been trying to order replacement parts for a week. No call backs. Hold times are extremely long, only to be sent to a voicemail box that is full. My glider swing that I purchased less than two years ago has severely damaged slates. Faded, warped.
Be cautious of what you buy in furniture. Purchased a KN510w Knollwood hardwood bench-white from Walmart. 4 months later, the paint was cracking and mushrooms growing out of it. I had seen this on many websites for OUTDOOR use, but when I contacted Jack-Post, I was informed it was for INDOOR use only. Who would make a park bench for indoor use only? Spent 3 months trying to get a replacement parts for a picnic table. Still no help. Avoid at all costs
Star Tree Stand Brilliant design: Pentagonal shape for stability, large reservoir, five eye bolts of sufficient length, square nuts for solid bite for the bolts, and cap nuts spread the pressure at the trunk side. Very happy I found this.
not very pleased with this company bought a swing from Walmart it broke carried it back upgraded to a better swing now after 4 months its broken
