SCAMMERS. They owe me over $1200 in services and after calling and emailing for months I still don’t have an answer! The Woodstock location that I was going to shut down and I had pre-paid for many more sessions, they told me to go to the Brampton location but it’s way too far and would never be a possibility for me. They have no direct line or contact to “upper management” which apparently are the only ones who can initiate a refund. I’m really disappointed to hear that the clinic is closed suddenly — especially since my face laser treatment was left incomplete I booked 8 sitting and now I just done 3 only . I invested both time and money expecting to finish my sessions properly, so this situation is honestly very frustrating. I’d like to know exactly what options are available for clients like me who have prepaid for treatments that aren’t finished. No refunds or no referring clients to another clinic and no phone call attend and email reply.

Not sure this is a real business...I tried their web chat, which after several minutes told me they were busy and to try texting. Texted the number they provided, and a week later have not received a reply. Called and rings forever, then goes to voicemail, and they never call back. Are you in business?
