What a waste of time and money! Almost a month to receive but for $119.00 the stitching is all angled, in no way is this hand stitched. Every stitch hole is angled and the band looks nothing like the website pictures. I paid an extra $8.00 for some fancy Irish thread and it’s as all crooked. I simply attached the bands and tried it on and the leather is all bent and already disfigured from the buckle. I truly would have been better off and saved a lot of money had I just purchased a band on eBay or Walmart. Buyer beware.
Placed an order in March of 2026. Reached out the day I placed the order because I wasn't charged for the brass buckle that I requested on the order. Asked them to email me and never received a response. Understanding they are a small business, I waited until April 11th to follow up with them through email. I can't rate their products at this time, but its been very difficult to follow-up with them or get a response on a order I placed over three weeks ago. I hope to turn this rating into a favorable review based on the product. They don't even have a voice mail that identifies them. No return of left messages or emails. Had my credit card company cancell the payment. Pretty disappointed.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, extremely terrible experience. I ordered a small travel pouch. I ordered this item around March 26th, and although it said in stock, I did not receive it until around April 18th I had already messaged them a few times and never received a reply, when they finally responded to me, they were very rude and dismissive.
