I can't rate their products at this time, but its been very difficult to follow-up with them or get a response on a order I placed over three weeks ago. I hope to turn this rating into a favorable review based on the product. They don't even have a voice mail that identifies them. No return of left messages or emails. Had my credit card company cancell the payment. Pretty disappointed.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, extremely terrible experience. I ordered a small travel pouch. I ordered this item around March 26th, and although it said in stock, I did not receive it until around April 18th I had already messaged them a few times and never received a reply, when they finally responded to me, they were very rude and dismissive. These folks helped me design a beautiful watch strap. Outstanding experience, start to fiinish!
Ordered 2 belts couple of months apart. First belt excellent. Second belt was longer, holes punched wrong and bigger than last belt. Same parameters were used with both belts when ordering. Second belt was just too big. Went back and forth with a Matt Crowder. Ended up just telling him to keep my returned belt and the money. Not worth the trouble. Will not be ordering here again. I advise the same to everyone else.
