The lady was SO rude and kept hanging up my calls cussing and yelling over me. She did not provide the service we were promised. She lied and said there was no supervisor when the gentlemen I spoke to 10 minutes earlier said is there.
My worst Uhaul experience. The lady was so rude and kept giving us attitude. It was like all the scams have happened with her and she did not trust us like. checked face 10 times. Usually we just click photos of start and end and show it on counter. kinda felt racist. Hated every min of conversation with her. thanks but no thanks
Very very rude people I hate it whenever I have to go there to pickup my packages, it’s definitely not an option to buy something Unprofessional and very disrespectful to everyone
