This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The man at pickup was friendly, but I had reserved three pieces of equipment, and he only had one available. He only informed me when I arrived to pick up the truck, which made my moving day much more difficult. When I returned the truck, the experience got even worse. Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was terrible. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. She couldn’t even tell us the prices for the U-Haul items we rented. We rented several moving supplies to make our move easier, but when we got there, we found out that some of the items weren’t even available.
