Great UPS shipping experience. Great customer service. Great & Kind couple
I was picking up a package from UPS and she was rude, not professional. Asking over and over if I got the notification even I was showing her the tracking and email on my phone. I won't recommend this place to do business. Worst customer experience. If she is tired since earlier morning, she should hire someone else.
The lady owner actually harrassed me about my licensed service dog. Embarrassed me infront of other customers! Caused my anxiety to flare up!! Very rude! I showed her my dogs service canada dog license card and she treated me like trash

Unbelievable disrespectful customer service. Stalled us for 28 minutes and declined my self check in so she can waste our rental time. Declined my self checkout, said she wants to do it by herself because she doesn’t “like” the process. Instead of attending me directly, she kept going back and forth, when I asked her to attend me quickly as I was the only customer for a rental truck, she cursed and sweared at me.
