Excellent service. Very helpful staff.
Bought some lemon melts and they tasted mainly of coconut with only a hint of lemon. Would not refund or exchange because the package was open. They said the reason was because it was made with coconut oil but imo it should still taste like lemon. She made me feel like I was lying about it as no one else had complained. I’m willing to pay extra for ethically sourced products but at least make the flavour reflect the label.
Came for a chocolate tasting and it was everything I wanted it to be. The host was great at explaining the chocolate making process and was very knowledgeable. Tasting came with non alcoholic rose
