Today 26/01 i come to shop at 13.00, a girl with big curly hair she was very rude, she do nothing and ask whether want to have extra service or not if no extra service then no massage even i paid 30mins but she did nothing and ask me to leave. Ur shop should not have this kind of staff. She will ruin ur shop, ur brand and ur customers. Im a regular customer use to come on weekend but try today see new staff but it make me upset and will not come again and wont recommend this place. Very bad staff service.

Booking the massage by phone was relatively easy despite some language barrier which was overcome. Upon arriving, the same lady greeted me and performed a deeply relaxing massage which I enjoyed. I can't give 5 stars though. Whilst acknowledging the massage commenced earlier than the appointment time, the session was at least 10 minutes short of the 90 minutes booked. This shop is beautifully decorated & professionally managed by the best in the business with a very clean & tidy atmosphere.The girls that work here are simply amazing & create a truly rewarding & peaceful experience.I highly recommend all to giving this shop a try & you won't be disappointed.Well done ✅
