The rudest human being I ever encountered in my life. She had the nerve to raise her voice at me because she’s behind the window and I didn’t even raise my voice at her to begin with. I don’t understand how she is still employed here. Everyone else were 5 stars employees but she needs to be dealt with

Checked in at different location actual door are at different location . Before check in they are charging 150$ for entry fee for non Twic card holder and 30$ for Twic card . After check in stay in the parking until they call you or msg you . They give door over the phone . Then you back up on door go upstairs to check in again and fill paperwork they will ask customer city and name then number plate of you trailer . It's astonishing how they manage the loading process, wasting time just to avoid loading you. All the drivers were there for hours without a proper waiting area, and everything was prohibited, as indicated on the walls.
