When I think of great customer service, this store comes to mind. Yonja has the talent to find you the perfect pair of jeans (when finding THE one is usually a terrible experience). She is always so genuine, helpful and up for a nice chat. The store has hidden gems waiting, pieces you've been dying to get your hands on but are sold out online. I <3 this store - the great vibe, sales, friendly chat and valuable assistance + plus cute doggies.
Found my new favourite clothes shop! The stock is such good quality and quite reasonable compared to shops selling similar men’s styles, and Yoni is an absolute gem. Will be back :)
Yonja was super helpful and really helped to tailor a few pieces to my style. I've always found it a little tricky to find dresses that fit my body shape well but they had heaps of options and I'm super happy with my purchases
Jack and Jean is a gem of a shop! It is my favourite place on Peninsula and I love the selection of dresses and blazers, it is so thoughtful, with high-quality items that feel both timeless and unique. The owner Yoni is super friendly and helpful, and she and her staff makes the shopping experience effortless. Definitely a place worth revisiting!❤️
