My husband and I went into Jac Elan and were greeted by Joey and a co-worker, who were seated behind a desk to the right of the entrance to the store. We went up to Joey and told him what we were looking for as regards kitchen backsplash tiles and he immediately got up to lead us to the correct section and help us.
