Customer service is non-existent unless whoever is working there at the time feels like it. Was there Friday night and one of the sales associates looked like she’d rather file her nails or glare off into space than acknowledge customers. There was only one other person there when we walked in. Her colleague was the only one attempting to do anything productive and engage with customers, while she stood at the cash register looking like she was ready to quit. If that’s part of her job description, she’s doing great 🤣
Be very cautious! This is a store has no customer service. The store is very unreasonable and does not return for items with design defects. It’s not a responsible store. They only care about their policy. Stay away from them!
