My experience have been very good. Terrell the owner has treated me and my uncle with the upmost respect. My uncle have been in her place of business for almost two years. She handle her self professionally when anything is not right with my uncle she make sure she contact me. Her staff take good care of him. He is 91 years old and going strong.
The Owner Terell has AN HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.On top of borrowing money from my dad who is a resident there I called to speak to a resident because I couldnt get in contact with them and She with an attitude states Shes on the phone call his cell.Seeing I couldnt get in touch with him on his cell phone I called back to see if I could leave a message.because I haven't been able to get in touch with him in weeks.Once again with an attitide she says "Who is Phillis is doesnt even know you" she NEVER ASKED MY NAME" for her to give m... read more
