I have done my personal taxes with these guys couple times and I couldn't be more satisfied. The workers are very friendly, nice and professional.
Very professional and respectful company! I and my family have been done our personal taxes with them for a few years. They’ve always been very great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly team members, always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Very helpful and inviting company. I'd call it unpleasant, at first the lady did not understand me then was rude, she then transferred me to someone who was perfectly normal answered my questions, not the best knowledge but we got thru the call, overall the same price as anywhere else but id suggest avoiding because of the very rude first impression and im sure if they employ that as the first person you talk to it wont be pleasant.
I called them to ask a simple question as I am looking for a new place to do my taxes. They wouldn’t even let me ask a few questions with out paying 50 bucks for a consult guess they really don’t want new clients
