Absolutely brilliant from the showroom to the fitters I honestly couldn't speak highly enough our kitchen is unbelievable thank you.
Wow !! Blown away by the experience me and my wife went into the showroom three weeks ago to look at fitted wardrobes from the minute we walked in we were met with courtesy and respect (we are from an ethnic minority and though in general in Sheffield we have been treated with respect sadly this not always the case, strangely most noticeable and purchasing larger items such as fitted furniture) Our experience with Joan was completely different. Utterly Disappointed I called in to the showroom and spoke to the Joanne .She seemed nice and genuine.She booked for someone to come out and measure up for a new kitchen on the 16th May.The gentleman arrived on the booked date and advised regarding options and measured up.He said he would email the quote once done I was led to believe this would not take more than a couple of weeks I have rung Starlight 3 times and called in once.Each time I am told they will chase the quote.It is now 10 + weeks and I’m still waiting Starlig... read more
WOULDN’T RECOMMEND !! Terrible experience. In the space of 1 minute was made to feel very uncomfortable by a tall white lady with short hair. She seemed like she was shouting and with very short replies and snappy didn’t want to help us at all as if she just wanted us to leave. Most likely because i wasn’t white. Ended up leaving in the space of 3 minutes for AWFUL SERVICE. Also had a very foul smell in there. customer service really isn't for everyone…
We had a kitchen facelift replacing cupboards with drawers and got great advice from Joanne in the showroom and Steve who came to measure up. Dean who did the fitting completed the work in just a few hours, leaving us very pleased with our revamped kitchen. I would recommend this company to anyone.
