Utterly Disappointed I called in to the showroom and spoke to the Joanne .She seemed nice and genuine.She booked for someone to come out and measure up for a new kitchen on the 16th May.The gentleman arrived on the booked date and advised regarding options and measured up.He said he would email the quote once done I was led to believe this would not take more than a couple of weeks I have rung Starlight 3 times and called in once.Each time I am told they will chase the quote.It is now 10 + weeks and I’m still waiting Starlig... read more
WOULDN’T RECOMMEND !! Terrible experience. In the space of 1 minute was made to feel very uncomfortable by a tall white lady with short hair. She seemed like she was shouting and with very short replies and snappy didn’t want to help us at all as if she just wanted us to leave. Most likely because i wasn’t white. Ended up leaving in the space of 3 minutes for AWFUL SERVICE. Also had a very foul smell in there. customer service really isn't for everyone…
We had a kitchen facelift replacing cupboards with drawers and got great advice from Joanne in the showroom and Steve who came to measure up. Dean who did the fitting completed the work in just a few hours, leaving us very pleased with our revamped kitchen. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Absolutely shocking service. Booked an appointment for Steve to come and measure up for some wardrobes. Joanne, in the showroom at Hillsborough, wrote the appointment down for me. The time was between 2.30 and 3pm. Steve turned up at 10 to 2. I had specifically said after 2 pm. I told Steve what I wanted what he drew was not exactly like what I said. Steve told me if I wanted to make alterions to it, I needed to go into the showroom to do this and recommended I go to Harleston rather than Hillsborough as there is always some... read more
A fantastic all round service from making my initial enquiry . Measured advised and fitted within a fortnight . You can easily tell why they have been in business as long as they have . Visit their showroom you will be surprised what’s on offer . Will always recommend from now on . Many thanks
