Jason Kinner from J2 did a great job on my new computer. First consulting with me about what to get so I was able to purchase with confidence, then doing the set up for me. In the past I have done the set up myself and it was a long day of yelling at the computer and shedding tears of frustration. Jason unboxed and set up the new equipment, transferred all my files, downloaded all my software, set up email, connected my printer and worked out all the bugs. If you are looking for a tech company for help with a website or logo...this is the company to use. They are beyond helpful. The best thing was their communication. They walk you through step by step as well as check in continually to make sure things are going well. You cannot go wrong with J2.
