I contacted J. Williams Upholstery first by phone. Jeremy was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. We set up an appointment for fabric selection but first he had me send pictures of the chair I was having reupholstered and asked what we were looking at in terms of fabric to the options less overwhelming as we were hoping for the same colour and fabric if possible. I was looking for a new upholstery company for my hotel and was referred to J. Williams Upholstery & Drapery in Regina. I called first and asked if I could text pictures of my items I needed repairs. Jeremy gave me his cell & a price in moments. Then he told us a certain day we could drop my items off for SAME DAY SERVICE!!!
