Wow! What a difference good associates make! The difference between this location and the durham location is incomparable. Luis immediately made us feel at home and welcomed. He was friendly and informative and helped us tremendously. This is the only location I would advise you to go for your needs. What a professional and a great representative of the company! Store has good tools and equipment but beware...I asked Mr. Luis if i could look at some nails just to make sure they were the right ones and he got extremely annoyed. He started a whole argument just because i asked him a simple question. By far one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
