The owner’s wife is rude disrespectful and would barely help out one of her good customers that is totally disabled , load his tools that he had pawned back into his vehicle .. He has one leg & only uses crutches , so it’s not like he was being lazy .. She snatched his tool box up and literally threw it in his trunk .. Then turned around without saying a word and rudely walked away .. J&W is an outstanding store to do business with. If you need an FFL, Leslie handles the process without any hassle and a professional attitude. The store has a good inventory of firearms and Curtis is knowledgeable about all of them. While I was completing the paperwork on a purchase, Curtis who's also a firearms instructor, took the time to give my wife pointers on stance and eye dominance(If you know you know).
