The lady trespassed me for no reason gave me attitude for making little jokes and refused to complete my transaction. Very bad customer service. Would not recommended.
Today we took our 6 year old grandson in to look for a little hand saw . He dug up some pretty rocks that look like crystals an he wanted to see if they had any gold in them so we took him there and because the crystals of course didn’t have any gold our grandson said he would give them to him as a trade . The saw was only 3 bucks but I didn’t have enough money but our grandson continued to tell the guy he would make a trade with him and well guess what that what the guy did. Haven’t had to go to a pawn shop in nearly 15 years. It’s not something I do, I get nervous, I get anxious because of a previous experience being treated like garbage when I was down on my luck. Curtis and his wife were very easy to work with. They’re straight shooters, they don’t try and tell you something isn’t what it is. Yes the reality of it is they have a business they have to run, they have money they need to make. If I ever have to do something like this again I would definitely go to them.
