Terrible customer service. I don’t think this guy has any self awareness of how poor and off putting his customer interactions are. Favorite phrase is “no, can’t help”. Whoever is doing inventory needs help too, always out of things. This isn’t a one time visit review. This is a trying to support them for 3 years review. You’re better off just ordering online. Sorry J&V, but step it up.
