I was referred to J. Tyler as I was looking for a specific ergonomic office chair. Kelly was extremely helpful in helping me find the exact chair I was looking for. I was very happy with the price and picking it up from their facility was very easy. I would definitely recommend J. Tyler!
What a beautiful showroom and space! Loved how they display the use of the chairs as well as how they would look!
Disappointing experience. Delivery day came and they didn't have the furniture ready. Promised a refund for the delivery mishap. About 9 months later and, surprise, still no refund despite numerous attempts to get it from them. I wouldn't go back.
