Been coming for 4 years & was told she would file my taxes, I asked if I should find someone else to file due to lack of response I figured she was too busy and she reasssured me she would file to not worry, and she never did so now I have to pay for an extension. Same thing happened to my friend Little sad because I really loved her as a person but I feel like I got the short end of the stick now that I have penalties to pay due to something that could have been prevented.
Don’t use this company. Paid upfront to have taxes done including some back taxes. Was told documents were sent out. 6 months later nothing was received at the irs. Multiple errors on tax returns and had to be corrected. Bad experience. Save your money. They are scam artists.
I came to J Turner Tax Consultants in almost 20k worth of debt. Mrs Joy is absolutely wonderful at what she do she was able to help clear me of my debt and was even able to get me a return as well. So I’m going to sum it up like this she did her shit 🫡
I’ve been going to Joy for years. (5 to be exact)… I never complains about her work and she’s always here to help year round!!!
