Dishonest dealing. I consulted him on the phone about an issue with the colour display on my cellphone. Based on my descriptions he recommended screen replacement without hesitation. So I paid a deposit towards a new screen as he requested. But it turned out the new screen didn’t do anything. We then have him put the old screen back.
