I had a really great experience with J-Technology. My laptop had a very serious boot and BIOS issue — it couldn’t load Windows, couldn’t boot from USB, and was stuck at the logo screen. I was very stressed and worried it might be a motherboard or CPU problem. The technician was very professional and patient. He carefully diagnosed the issue and explained clearly that my BIOS firmware was corrupted.
