I believe this business takes on more than they are capable of handling which doesn’t allow for them to do the tasks that are at hand. They have had my taxes for over 4 weeks and never informed me of progress or what may be owed. $75 fee for an extension but never looked at the taxes. Never even informed me that I owed money or any communication whatsoever. This is the first year having my taxes done here. They all were very nice through out the entire process. They make you feel beyond welcome. I definitely am a big fan of the dress code. The hoodie was a plus. I would rather have my tax guy in a hoodie and friendly than dressed up and a jerk. Oh and the slippers! Love them! Keep doing what you all are doing! Those slippers just made my day. Fun and relaxed atmosphere. They are very down to earth! See you all next year.
