I have been using the J. Sterling Spa as my go-to place for a massage for a few years. For a while I didn't specify a specific therapist, caring more about the timing of the appointment; but for the last year I have been making my appointments with Will and having that consistency has paid off. 10/10 wonderful service and incredibly relaxing. I’ve had a lot of shoulder/back/hip pain for a while and Kathy helped give me a lot of relief. First time ever having a massage done and I will for sure be a return customer moving forward. Jordan was so kind and helpful when answering any questions and made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable!
Therapist Rosana was amazing. And Kayla the associate was great!
Will was great! Came to the couple massage what a relaxing moment and excellent service.
Most relaxing massage, my husband and I did a couples massage I had Will, very gentle and patient. Also Kayla at the front desk very friendly. We will be back.
