Unorganized. Office staff unprofessional. Could not find my etransfer payment that I sent a month ago, and would not let me collect car I paid for until manager who was on vacation answered their phone. I even showed multiple online banking verifications. This took 50 minutes and put me into rush hour and was a real pain. Nothing like feeling as if they think you are a scammer when they just need to be organized. Did not apologize for the inconvenience. Please do better guys.

Terrible Service! Terrible Customer Service! Avoid at all cost. Car was delayed for several weeks and still had the effrontery to end the call on me because I complained about the delay. $2000 is no joke, you didn't ship my car for free. You're not doing me any favor. I will make sure I take this up with the Consumer Protection Agency.

I am using this company to ship my vehicle from Vancouver to Toronto. Firstly, they said that would take around 2.5 weeks, but in reality, it took 3.5 weeks for me to receive my vehicle since they picked it up. Secondly, when I called them, their customer service was terrible. Their tone was very unfriendly. Thirdly, when I received the vehicle. There was a nail in the tire. We had a very bad experience with this company.

Pretty smooth and pretty fast. Good experience shipping my car from Toronto to Vancouver. They will take care of the car. Delivered within promised time. Recommend!
