One of the most frustrating companies I have dealt with. Original shipping time provided was two weeks - ended up taking almost a month for vehicle to ship from Vancouver to Toronto. Took more than a week for the car to be loaded onto the train, and another week stuck in the Coquitlam railyard waiting to depart Vancouver. Even after the car arrived in Toronto, they took a week to offload the car. Very good experience with j Simon’s fast car shipping. I dropped off my RAM 1500 and two days later my plans suddenly changed and call the company if truck is not delivered can I take it back and move my delivery dates later sometime when I’m sure . Very good service and professional staff they gave me ride to the yard and returned my truck with no charges. Thank you 5 star
Unorganized. Office staff unprofessional. Could not find my etransfer payment that I sent a month ago, and would not let me collect car I paid for until manager who was on vacation answered their phone. I even showed multiple online banking verifications. This took 50 minutes and put me into rush hour and was a real pain. Nothing like feeling as if they think you are a scammer when they just need to be organized. Did not apologize for the inconvenience. Please do better guys.

Terrible Service! Terrible Customer Service! Avoid at all cost. Car was delayed for several weeks and still had the effrontery to end the call on me because I complained about the delay. $2000 is no joke, you didn't ship my car for free. You're not doing me any favor. I will make sure I take this up with the Consumer Protection Agency.
