After making an appt was notified that she wasn't coming into office & we had to reschedule. It was the last day to file. Granted I waited till the last day but you'd think as tax preparers they'd be more professional & responsible than to not show up to the office on the very last day to file, when people are counting on them! They lost my business for good!!

Definitely coming again ( in 2 years) , so sweet and informative! instructors were really helpful and answered any questions we all had as a class regardless what we asked! if you want a certification , come here!
