J & S was listed by Ryobi as an authorized repair center, so I contacted them for a repair of my Ryobi battery operated zero turn mower. They were friendly and professional, and they were patient with my questions about my repair options (hey, it costs a LOT for replacement batteries on these!). They offered pick-up and delivery service (for a fee), which worked best for me.
