Hi All; I had booked Jay for today the the 6th of July via txt and a recommendation from a friend. And we spoke on the phone and confirmed the date and time last week. 12pm today a no show. I called Jay he answered and said he would be at the move location in 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting still no show. I called with no response. I called using a different phone and a Lady with a Foreign accent answered stating I had the wrong number she didn’t know a Jay. I've had Jay help me with multiple moves now and it's always a good experience! They are friendly and reliable, they make sure all your furniture is kept in good condition through transportation and get everything done as quickly as possible. I definitely recommend!
