This place is the worse...They lie beyond your imagination...First of all I receive a bill 9 months later for 2 bills which one was already paid. The second on for 30.00 was paid on 7/2/2021, last week...Understanding that there is a holiday I was informed it would be paid probably Thurs., which was yesterday. They should have digital ways to pay the bill. Not everyone has post stickers anymore lately.

This is the most unprofessional office. I called to get basic information about my bill and the "owner" Jennifer was extremely rude, sassy, and had a degrading tone throughout the conversation. She hung up the phone on me. I had to call back to get the information i needed and could only speak to her because she was the "owner". It is sad that the owner, which should be seen as a leader, has this type of attitude. I would avoid doing business with them if possible.

Very very rude company. I have been speaking with Lisa, who is the main biller for Dr. Schnall's office trying to verify with her the bill that she has sent me and she has been putting me on hold or disconnecting me without a warning. I have called several times to submit a payment because the doctor is not participating with Aetna Axcel plan, while she been claiming that he is. After making a three way call with the insurance company and letting her listen to the representative, she continued being rude claiming otherwise. ... read more
