I am writing this review to share a disappointing experience with JS Formal Wear. I initially ordered three suits, and despite some concerns, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered two more during my first pickup. The Service Failure: After scheduling a pickup in advance for the final two suits, I drove over two hours to the shop. Upon arrival, the suits were not ready.
