Filed my tax returns with J&R for 2024 and they did pretty great for how small of a team they have. They do great work maximizing the refund to its fullest while also having a fair fee for their work. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they had issues with communication. I would reach out via email, phone call, and text maybe once a day or every other day and it would take about 2 days to get back with me.
