I have been going to J & R since I moved to Fairfield 5 yrs ago. I knew I could trust them and I wasn't going to have to worry about taken advantage of. HOWEVER John has since sold the business and this is no longer the case. In going in for a simple oil change, I was lied to, taken advantage of, misquoted, had to miss my son's school orientation for his new school due to them not being on time.
