This is an edit to my original review. I have since met with the owner who was able to solve all of my issues and I can say I am more than happy with the final results. Thank you Paul for all your understanding in my issues.
Really poor service. Ordered a mattress, waited for delivery. Couple of young lads showed up with work boots on, came through my clean floors and delivered the mattress. This mattress was declared defective a short time later and I waited for a replacement. Finally the replacement showed up by two lads in their dirty work boots again. Turns out they delivered a dirty mattress. Store says to clean it and they will give me a mattress cover for my cleaning efforts.
