Please read the second review also: We are very unhappy with J&R. We ordered a product and requested next day air, and that was last thur and today is tues. Very unhappy because she made a mistake, but her mistake cost us over $9000.00 because now we lost a couple jobs over this. Update: I have to change my attitude towards J&R because after all that has happened J&R products really did make it right with us (Advantage Insulation LLC) and made me very happy. Thanks to the staff at J&R Products. You guys are awesome!!!

Very Disappointed. I ordered a few items and only one item came in the mail. Two weeks pasted and I called J&R Products, they said it was shipped. They then asked if I could take pictures of the package and empty it out completely and get back to them the results. Still only the one item came and when I called back to ask were I send the pictures and video, the salesmen claims he never suggested that and has no idea of our conversation.
