I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Alan CPA. We dropped off our taxes on February 26 after multiple calls, with few returned responses. We were finally able to pick up our taxes on April 6. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up explanation from Alan CPA regarding the tax breakdown, and the front desk staff was unable to explain why we owed additional taxes. Excellent customer service since the first time I stepped into their office. Very kind people, answered all of the questions I had. I thought the process would be stressful, but not at all. They helped relieve a lot of stress we had about our taxes this year. Ended up paying way less than we thought and we are so thankful to Clayton and everyone at the office.
