If there is a 0 star, I would have given it. I had the worst experrience, poo customer service. their return policy is next to non existence. I purchased a $4K value furiniture and tried to cancel within their return policy of 3 days, but they said they could give me only store credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
They are one of the WORST service provider in the current market. Their delivery folks came in with a stinking socks and ruined our new carpet. The room has been smelling bad for past 3days and therefore, I decided to get some help from the store manager. However, he seemed to be inconsiderate about the entire situation and did not make any efforts to rectify the problem. STAY AWAY!
I wish there was an option of giving -5 stars. To say we had an extremely bad experience at JR Furniture is an understatement. We recently bought some furniture from JR furniture in Richmond. To be exact we bought a queen sized bed and a bunk bed. To begin with, we paid them in advance, but they gave us a hard time during delivery. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! TOLD I WAS GIVEN A 10% DISCOUNT, WHEN VISA CARD BILL ARRIVED WAS ACTUALLY 10% MORE!!
Lies and overpricing by JR here in Canada. Furniture paid for in October and has not arrived. The delivery crew stood our daughter up, wasting a day. When she went shopping for furniture, the salesman hovered over her to pressure her to buy the expensive unit, sensing that she was young and naive about decorating her home.
