Love the product and top notch quality. However, who you are as a company when a customer has an issue defines who you are to me. I give two stars vice one because all my past experiences have been great!!!. On this last purchase the organization sent me the incorrect size sheeting. WARNING! DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM! I placed an order on 11/10/2024 of over $900 and my comforter set is still sitting in Chino, CA for now 14 dys without movement. Thanksgiving is next week. This is appalling service. I received an email on the 21st that a new shipment was being sent on the 21st. Yet have not received a new shipping confirmation. If you need items by the holiday I would not recommend this company. Where is my shipment? This needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY!
I just got my Five Queens Court Palmer Woven Chenille 4 Piece Comforter Set - Queen Size and it’s So Beautiful. I was impressed in the quality. This is my first adult Comforter and wanted slavish look and this didn’t disappoint at all. I will definitely be buying all the pillows and curtains to match. It’s so lovely I highly recommend especially if you’re into blues.
