I would not give this office a star at all . This is related to seniors whom when sick, lack of transportation but are of sound mind are disregarded completely by this office . Unable to update there paper work on file , unless they were able to walk into the office to sign the papers . This is the second time this situation has occurred in a two year span.This client had been with John Vanray prior to Jon Quaglia taking over , can not believe this would have occurred previously . we had a good experience for our real estate needs, they were thorough in their title search and found an old well agreement nobody else did that helped us to negotiate better. they were very prompt with emails and calls and called to check in on us to ensure we didnt forget to complete any of or portions which was a nice reminder if you're busy.
