This is a SCAM. They call saying they’re from the Fraud Prevention Department and that transactions are being made through Zelle. They only want to steal people’s information. BE ALERT, because on smartphones they make it look like Chase is the one calling you.
please don't share any details with these scammers. They called me stating a scam about a zelle. i was smart enough to google the number. heads up the caler id will say JP MORGAN CHASE
